A Track Record of Placing Long-Term Property Management Leaders
With over 15 years of experience in the recruiting industry, Dylan Scroggins founded the Kalmar Group to connect great companies with great leaders. Some of Dylan’s first hires were in property management where he placed multiple leaders at Evernest (at the time gkhouses.com) with two of those leaders still being there after ~10 years.
Stepping out of recruitment, he was still tied to the small business and property management space in B2B software sales that targeted this market. Growing a recruitment firm for the second time, Dylan brings a wealth of experience, unique perspective and deep understanding of the current hiring and recruitment landscape of property management.
